Masterson’s Pub , nestled in the bustling area of Moonee Ponds , promotes itself as a chic “hipster” locale , but my latest trip at this establishment became a nightmarish ordeal . While the bar may look welcoming at first glance , what I experienced behind its doors was disturbing and far below any standard .
Cleanliness Issues : Squalid and Abandoned
From the moment I entered , it was clear that hygiene was not a priority at this bar . The floors were sticky , and a pungent odor of old alcohol and filthy restrooms filled the entire bar .
